Office cleaning built around your workday
Most offices need the same core work every visit: trash out, restrooms sanitized, the breakroom wiped down, and floors vacuumed and mopped. What changes from one office to the next is everything around that core: how many visits a week, which areas need extra attention, and when the crew can be in the building.
We start with a walkthrough and write those details into a cleaning checklist for your office. Our crew follows that checklist on every visit, so the results don't depend on who is working that night. When something needs to change, you tell us once and we update the checklist.

How often offices usually schedule cleaning
These are common starting points. Traffic, staff count, and how often clients visit matter more than square footage alone.
| Office type | Typical visits | What usually decides it |
|---|---|---|
| Small office, under 10 staff | 1 to 2 per week | Restroom and trash use |
| Mid-size office, 10 to 50 staff | 3 to 5 per week | Shared restrooms and breakroom traffic |
| Client-facing office or busy lobby | 5 per week | Reception and restrooms are seen by visitors every day |
| Multi-tenant building common areas | 5 to 7 per week | The property manager's service requirements |
Starting points only. Your schedule is set in your written scope of work.
Do we need to be there while you clean?
No. Most offices give our crew after-hours access with a key, fob, or alarm code, and we lock up when we finish. We agree on access and alarm procedures before the first visit.
Can you clean during business hours?
Yes, for lighter tasks such as restroom checks or lobby touch-ups. Most office cleaning is done after hours so it doesn't interrupt your staff or meetings.
Do you clean desks that have papers on them?
We clean desk surfaces that staff have cleared and leave papers, files, and personal items where they are. If you want certain desks or areas left alone entirely, we note it on your checklist.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell us and we'll take care of it. Every visit follows a written checklist, so a missed item is easy to trace, and we update the checklist if it needs to change.
How is office cleaning priced?
Your quote is based on the size of your office, how many visits per week you need, and the tasks in your scope. We usually do a short walkthrough, then send a written quote.
